Body Corrigendum No. (GHN-40)/GSTR-2018/(22)-TH, Dated the 23rd,March, 2018-

In the notification of the Government of Gujarat, Finance Department,-

1. No. (GHN-83)GSTR-2017(9)-TH dated the 15th September, 2017, Notification No.34/2017-StateTax, clause 4 and clause 5 shall be deleted.

2. No. (GHN-127)GSTR-2017(14)-TH dated the 15th November, 2017, Notification No.55/2017-StateTax, in clause 2,-

(a) in sub-clause (v), for the words "State Goods and Services Tax Act" wherever they occur, read "Central Goods and Services Tax Act".

(b) sub-clause (vi) shall be deleted.
