Authorization of officers under Section 67(11) of DGST Act, 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by clause (91) of Section 2 of the Delhi Goods & Services Tax Act, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as the Act) and subject to sub-section (2) of Section 5 of the said Act, I do hereby authorize all the Assistant Commissioners and Goods & Service Tax Officers posted in Enforcement Branch, Department of Trade & Taxes, to exercise the powers under Section 67(11) of the Act & Rules framed therein.
