In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 128 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby rescinds the notification No. F. A-3-05-2018-l-V-(6) dated the 23rd January 2018 of this department, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
