In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (West Ben. Act XXVIII of 2017), the Governor is pleased hereby to rescind, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission, the notification of this Department bearing No. 2312-F.T. [74/2017- State Tax] dated the 29th December, 2017.

2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 2nd February, 2018.
