In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.23 of 2017), the State Government hereby appoints the 1st day of February, 2018, as the date from which the provisions of serial numbers 2 & 3 of the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.229, Revenue (CT-II) Department, Dated:09-10-2017, and published in the Extra-Ordinary issue of Telangana Gazette, dated 09.10.2017, shall come into force.
