In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ii) of sub-section (1) of section 15-B of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in this departments notification No. F-l0/60/2017/CT/V (106), dated 31.07.2017, namely

In the said notification,-

For the figures "31.12.2017", the figures "28.02.2018" shall be substituted.
