In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 164 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (No. 19 of 2017), the State Government, hereby further amends the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, namely:—

AMENDMENT

In rule 7, in the table, in column no.(3),

(i) in SI. No. 1, for the words "one percent", the words "half percent" shall be substituted.

(ii) in SI. No. 3, for the words "half percent", the words "half percent of the turnover of taxable supply of goods" shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 1st January, 2018.
