THE RAJASTHAN GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017 Notifications

Body NOTIFICATION No. F17 (131) ACCT/ GST/2017/ 3029 Dated: 29th January, 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-rule (14) of rule 138 of the Rajasthan Goods and Service Tax Rules, 2017, I, Alok Gupta, Commissioner of State Tax, Rajasthan, hereby notify that no e-way bill will be required to be generated for intra-state supply of goods in the State.

This notification shall come into force with effect from 01.02.2018.
