MADHYA PRADESH VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2002 - NOTIFICATION

Body Notification No. F. A-3-90-2017-l-V-(22).Dated 27th January, 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the Madhya Pradesh Motor Spirit Upkar Adyadesh, 2018, the State Government, hereby, notifies that the Upkar on Motor Spirit shall be levied from 29th of January, 2018 till further period, unless notified otherwiese.
