In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (10 of 2017), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to appoint the 1st day of February, 2018 as the date from which the provisions of serial number 2(i) and 2(ii) of notification No. EXN-F(10)-31/2017 dated 26th September, 2017, published in the Gazette of Himachal Pradesh vide No. EXN-F(10)-31/2017 dated 12th October, 2017, shall come into force.
