In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 164 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, hereby appoints the 1st day of February, 2018 as the date from which the provisions of serial number 4 and 5 of Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 80/ST-2, dated the 5th September, 2017, shall come into force.
