In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tripura Act No. 9 of 2017), the State Government hereby appoints the 1st day of February, 2018 as the date from which the provisions of serial number 2(ii) and 2(iii) of notification No.F. 1-11(91)-TAX/GST/2017(Part-V) dated the 6th September, 2017, published in the Tripura Gazette, Extraordinary Issue, vide number 320, dated the 6 September, 2017, shall come into force.
