In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Mah. XLIII of 2017), the Government of Maharashtra, hereby appoints the 1st day of February, 2018, as the date from which the provisions of serial numbers 2(viii) and 2(ix) of Notification No. MGST-1017/C. R.148/ Taxation-1- State Tax, dated the 30th August 2017, published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Extraordinary, Part IV-B, No. 264 vide Notification No. MGST-1017/C. R.148/ Taxation-1, dated the 30th August 2017, shall come into force.
