Specification of Proper Officer under various provisions of DGST Act, 2017

In exercise of the powersconferred upon me by sub-section (1) of section 5 read with clause (91) of section 2 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act 2017 and the rules framed there-under do hereby assign the functions under section 54, 60 and 61 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 to be performed under this Act by a Proper Officer as defined in clause (91) of section 2, to all the Assistant Commissioners and Goods and Services Tax Officers of this department.
