NOTIFICATION No. F.12(46)FD/Tax/2017-Pt.III-154, dated: 29th December ,2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017), the State Government hereby appoints the 1st day of February, 2018, as the date from which the provisions of rule 9, 10 and 14 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax (Sixth Amendment) Rules, 2017, notified vide this department's notification number F.12(46)FD/Tax/2017-Pt-I-81 dated August 30, 2017, shall come into force.
