In pursuance of section 168 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Karnataka Act 27 of 2017) and sub-rule (3) of rule 45 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the following amendments are made in the Notification (1-Q/2017) No.KGST.CR.01/17-18 dated the 28th October, 2017, published in the Karnataka Gazette, Extraordinary, Part III, No.982, dated the 28th October, 2017, namely:-

In the said notification, for the words, figures and letters "the 30th day of November, 2017", the words, figures and letters "the 31st day of December, 2017" shall be substituted.
