In Notification No. 46/2017 State Tax (Rate), dated the 14th November, 2017, of the Commercial Taxes Department, Government of Bihar, published in the Gazette of Bihar, Extraordinary, vide S.O. 277, dated 14th November, 2017-

in serial number (ii), clause (d), in the Explanation, for "central tax" read "state tax".

2. This corrigendum shall come into force with effect from 15th November, 2017.
