WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest;

Now, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the "Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act no, 06 of 2017)", the Governor is pleased to allow to appoint 22nd day of June, 2017 as the date from which the provisions of section 1, section 2, section 3, section 4, section 5, section 10, section 22, section 23, section 24, section 25, section 26, section 27, section 28, section 29, section 30, section 139, section 146 and section 164 of the said Act shall come into force.
