In the Assam Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2017, issued vide notification No.FTX.90/2016/73 dated 8th August, 2017 of the Finance (Taxation) Department, Government of Assam, published in the Assam Gazette, Extraordinary, No.461 dated the 9th August, 2017,-

(i) in rule 2, the figure "2017" appearing after the words, "In the principal Rules," shall be deleted.

(ii) in rule 3 and 4, the words, "with effect from 22nd July, 2017" shall be read as "with effect from 27th July, 2017".
