In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 8-A of the Karnataka Sales Tax Act, 1957 (Karnataka Act 25 of 1957), the Government of Karnataka hereby reduces with effect from 26th day of October, 2017 till 25th day of October 2027, the tax payable by a dealer under Section 5 of the said Act to 1% on the sale of Aviation Turbine Fuel at RCS Airports and for RCS Flights from other Airports located within the State of Karnataka.
