Body Notification No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R&C)(20)/3600 Dated 24th October, 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 23 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Goa Act 4 of 2017), the Government of Goa, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the Government Notification No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R&C)(17)/2408, dated the 21st September, 2017, published in the Official Gazette, Series II No. 25, Extraordinary dated the 21st September, 2017, namely:-

In the said Notification, in the Table-

(i) for serial number 9 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

Textile (handloom products), handmade shawls, stoles and scarves

Including 50, 58, 61, 62, 63";

(ii) after serial number 28 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:-

Any chapter Any chapter Any chapter Any chapter Any chapter".

This Notification shall be deemed to have come into force from the 13th day of October, 2017.
