In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (No. 19 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in this departments's notification No. F. A.-3-23-2017-1-V (50), dated the 30th June, 2017, published in the Madhya Pradesh "Gazette (Extraordinary), No. 303, dated the 30th June, 2017, namely :-

In the said notification,-

(i) for the words "Seventy-five lakh rupees', the words, "one crore" shall be substituted.
