In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 70-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in schedule II of the said Act, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In Part-III-A:-

(a) against serial no. 1, in column (3) for the figure "27" the figure "22" shall be substituted;

(b) against serial no. 2, in column (3) for the figure "31" the figure "28" shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall come into force from 14th October 2017.
