In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the West Bengal Taxation Laws (Amendment) Ordinance, 2017 (West Ben. Ord. No. III of 2017), the Governor is pleased hereby to appoint the 1st day of July, 2017, as the date on which all the provisions of the said Ordinance shall come into force.
