Whereas, the State Government is satisfied that it is necessary so to do in the public Interest,

Now, Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the Madhya Pradesh Karon Ki Puranee Bakaya Rashi Ka Samadhan Adhyadesh, 2017, the State Government, hereby extend the period for a further period of 30 days, for the applicant desiring settlement, to apply to the competent authority, in the Form, as specified by the Commissioner, along with proof of payment, of requisite settlement amount as per sub-section (1) of Section 4.
