In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 70-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendments in Schedule II of the said Act, notice of which having been previously published in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette (Extraordinary), dated 7th July 2017 as required by the proviso to sub-section (1) of Setion 70-A of the said Act, namely:-

AMENDMENTS

In Schedule II, in Part-II, of the said Act, against serial No. 56, in column (3) for the figure "5" the figure "18" shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall come into force on the 12th day of July, 2017.
