In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 57 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby rescind all the notifications issued under the said sub-section regarding setting-up or erection of check posts or barriers within the State with effect from 1st July, 2017.
