In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Bihar Taxation Law Amendment Act, 2017 (Bihar Act 13 of 2017), the Governor of Bihar is pleased to declare that all the provisions of Bihar Taxation Law Amendment Act, 2017 (Bihar Act 13 of 2017) shall come into force with effect from the 1st day of July' 2017.
