Body NOTIFICATION No.F.11(24)FD/Tax/2016-61 dated 1st July, 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017), hereinafter referred to as the said Act, the State Government for the purposes of the said Act, hereby, appoints the officers of the State Government posted on the post mentioned in Column number 2 of the table below to exercise the powers and discharge duties of the officers under the said Act as mentioned in Column No. 3 against each of them in the said table
