In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 96 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017), the State Government hereby constitutes the Rajasthan Authority for Advance Ruling. The head quarter of the said authority shall be at Jaipur.

This shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
