CORRIGENDUM Notification No. G.O. Ms. No. 17/CT/2017-18 Dated 15th July 2017

In the notification issued vide G.O Ms. No. 1/2017- Puducherry GST (Rate), dated the 29th June, 2017 of the Commercial Taxes Secretariat, Government of Puducherry and published in the Extraordinary Gazette of Puducherry, Part-I, No.95, dated 29th June, 2017,-

(i) in Schedule I, in the entry at serial No. 180, for "30" read "30 or any Chapter";

(ii) in Schedule III, in the entry at serial No.42, omit the words "other than those";

(iii) in Schedule III, in the entry at serial no.411, omit the words "goggles and the like, corrective, protective or other".
