In the notification issued vide G.O Ms. No.2/2017- Puducherry GST (Rate), dated the 29th June, 2017 of the Commercial Taxes Secretariat, Government of Puducherry and published in the Extraordinary Gazette of Puducherry, Part-I, No.95, dated 29th June, 2017,-

(i) in the Schedule, in the entry at serial No.45, for "Dried leguminous vegetables, shelled, whether or not skinned or split", read "Dried leguminous vegetables, shelled, whether or not skinned or split [other than put up in unit container and bearing a registered brand name]";

(ii) in the Schedule, in the entry at serial No.148, omit "[proposed GST Nil]".
