Notification No. EXN-F(10)-14/2017. NOTIFICATION NO. 9/2017-STATE TAX Dated 30th June, 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (10 of 2017), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to appoint the 1stday of July, 2017, as the date on which the provisions of sections 6 to 9, 11 to 21, 31 to 41, 42 except the proviso to sub-section (9), 43 except the proviso to sub-section (9), 44 to 50, 53 to 138, 140 to 145, 147 to 163, 165 to 174 of the said Act shall come into force.
