Body NOTIFICATION No 248 Dated 28th June, 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Andhra Pradesh Act No 16 of 2017), Government here by appoint the following classes of officers mentioned in the column No.(2) of the following table and functioning under the Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Act,2005 (Act No 5 of 2005) as officers with corresponding designations in column (3) of the table for the purpose of said Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.

This notification shall come into force with effect from the 22nd day of June, 2017.
