In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3A) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in Schedule II appended to the said Act, with immediate effect, namely: -

AMENDMENT

In Schedule II appended to the said Act, after the existing Serial number 78 and entries thereto, the following new serial number 79 and 80 and entries thereto shall be added, namely:-

79	Dealers selling mustard seed to Rajasthan State Cooperative Marketing Federation Ltd. (RAJFED) under the Price Support Scheme
80	Rajasthan State Cooperative Marketing Federation Ltd. (RAJFED) selling mustard seed to National Agriculture Cooperative Marketing Federation of India Ltd. (NAFED) under the Price Support Scheme
