In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 23, read with Section 13 of the Jharkhand Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Jharkhand Act 05, 2006), the Governor of Jharkhand has been pleased to make the following amendments in the Schedule- II Part 'E' appended to the Act:-

AMENDMENT

1. In the Schedule- II Part-E of the Jharkhand Value Added Tax Act, 2005, after Serial No.12, a new Serial no. 13 shall be added in the following manner :-

Sl. No.	Description of goods	Rate of Tax
13	Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) used for Aircrafts which stay overnight in the state of Jharkhand.	1%

2. This Notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.
