In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 3 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendments in this department's Notification No. A-6(A)-68-2010-l-V-(29), dated 1st April 2011:-

AMENDMENTS

In the Table, in column no. (3) of the said notification,-

(i) In S.No. (12), for the words "and Shahdol", the words and comma", Shahdol and area of Udyoggiri, Purena of Tehsil Shahnagar of Revenue District of Panna" shall be substituted;

(ii) In S.No. (15), after the word "Panna", the words and bracket "(excluding the area of Udyoggiri, Purena of Tehsil Shahnagar)" shall be inserted.

2. This notification shall come into force from 1st April 2017.
