Whereas, the State Government, considers that the following amendment in the Madhya Pradesh Vat Rules, 2006 shall be made at once without previous publication in the Gazette.

Now, Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 71 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendments in the Madhya Pradesh Vat Rules, 2006, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said rules,

1. In rule 36, in sub-rule (2)-

(i) in clause (a), in sub clause (2), in item (ii) for the words and figure "before 31st March of the year", the figure and words " before 30th March of the year shall be substituted.

(ii) in clause (b), in sub clause (2), in item (ii) for the words and figure "before 31st March of the year", the figure and words " before 30th March of the year shall be substituted.

(iii) in clause (c), in sub clause (2), in item (ii) for the words and figure "before 31st March of the year", the figure and words " before 30th March of the year shall be substituted.
