Body NOTIFICATION No. 7646- FIN-CT1-TAX-0007/2017 Dated 22nd March, 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (9) of rule 4 of the Odisha Value Added Tax Rules, 2005 and in supersession of all previous notifications issued in this regard, the State Government do hereby reconstitute the Enforcement Ranges specified in column(2) of the Schedule below comprising the area of jurisdiction / circle mentioned in column (5) thereof against each such range over which an officer shall have to exercise his jurisdiction along with the Enforcement Circles and Investigation Units of the Ranges noted against each in column (3) and (4) of the said Schedule respectively.
