In exercise of the powers, conferred by sections 16 and 17 of the Jammu and Kashmir Value Added Tax Act, 2005, the Government hereby direct that the Schedule "A" and "C" of the said Act shall be amended as under:

1. In Schedule A:

(i) entry 32A shall be deleted

2. In schedule C:

(i) in entry 94, after the words "Oil seeds", the following words shall be added; namely:-

"Oil Cake"

The notification shall come into force w.e.f. 01-03-2017.
