Whereas, the State Government considers that the following amendment in the Madhya Pradesh Vat Rules, 2006 should be made at once without previous publication in the official Gazette;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 71 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Madhya Pradesh Vat Rules, 2006, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said rules, in rule 45, in sub-rule (1), in the proviso, for the full stop, the colon shall be substituted and thereafter the following proviso shall be inserted, namely :-

"Provided further that the deduction made in the first twenty five days of the month of March of the year shall be deposited on or before 30th March of the year and the deduction made from 26th to 31st March shall be deposited before 10th day of the next month."

2. This Notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in "Madhya Pradesh Rajpatra".
