In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 03 and Section 3-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government hereby, appoints Director of Commercial Tax, Additional Commissioner, Commercial Tax mentioned in column (2) of the table below as appellate Authority for the area specified in column (3) and conferred the powers to dispose off the appeal cases pending or arising under section 46 of the said Act in area. This responsibility shall be in addition to his present responsibilities :-
