whereas, the Commissioner of Commercial Tax, Madhya Pradesh is satisfied that it is necessary so to do with a view to prevent or check evasion of tax under the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002);

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 57 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the Commissioner, Commercial Tax, hereby, sets up temporary check posts and erects barrier at the place as specified in the Schedule below, namely :-

1	Village Jamalpura, District Mandsaur	On Mandsaur-Pratapgarh State Highway No. 14, between 11-12 Km. from Mandsaur towards Pratapgarh were the check post of the Transport Department is situated at Village jamalpura.

2. These check posts are being set up for a period of six months from 1st September, 2016.
