In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 79 of the Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No.5 of 2005), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, here by makes the following amendment to Schedule-I of the said Act:

Amendment

In the said Act,

In Schedule–I, after entry at Sl.No.68, the following entry shall be added, namely,-

"69. Electronic Point of Sale (e_POS) Machines".
