Whereas, the draft amendment in SCHEDULES 'A' appended to the Himachal Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No. 12 of 2005) was published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh on 20th August, 2016 for inviting objections(s)/ suggestion(s) from the person(s) likely to be affected thereby vide this Department Notification of even number dated 20th August, 2016 as required under section 10 of the Act ibid;

And whereas, no objection(s)/suggestion(s) has been received within the stipulated period in this behalf;

Now, therefore, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Himachal Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No.12 of 2005), is pleased to make the following amendments in SCHEDULE- 'A' appended to the Act ibid, namely:-
