In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 18 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), I, Alok Gupta, Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Rajasthan, Jaipur, hereby, makes the following amendment in this department's notification No. F.16 (100)Tax/CCT/14-15/2787, dated 21.10.2014, as amended from time to time, with immediate effect, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, for the existing expression "up to the year 2013-14", the expression "up to the year 2014-15" shall be substituted.
