In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso of sub-section (5) of Section 8 of the Jharkhand Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Jharkhand Act 05, 2006), the Governor of Jharkhand is pleased to make the following amendments in clauses (c) & (d) :-

AMENDMENTS

(c) is engaged in any other business other than clauses (a) & (b)Rs. 10 lakhs.

(d) involved in the execution of Works Contract and Leasing Rs. 1 lakh.

This Notification shall be effective from the date of issuance of the Notification.
