In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 3 of the Himachal Pradesh Tax on Entry of Goods into Local Area Act, 2010 (Act No. 9 of 2010), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following amendments in Schedule-II appended to the said Act ibid with effect from 01.09.2016,namely:-

AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE II

In SCHEDULE-II of the Himachal Pradesh Tax on Entry of Goods into Local Area Act, 2010 (Act No.9 of 2010) in entry number 14, in clauses (a) and (b), for the figures and signs "2%" and "1%", the figures and signs "1%" and "1/2%" shall respectively be substituted
