Assam Entry Tax - Notification

Body Notification No.FTX.47/2013/144 Dated 10th August, 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 3 of the Assam Entry Tax Act, 2008 (Assam Act XII of 2008), the Governor of Assam, in the public interest, is hereby pleased to vary the rate of tax against the existing entries at serial number 12 and 49 as follows:-

12	Hospital Equipment of all types including X-ray, ultrasound, doppler and scanning machines, other medical and diagnostic apparatus and parts and accessories thereof.	1
49	Rectified Spirit	20".

This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
