In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1-B) read with sub-section (2) of Section 20-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this department's notification no. F-A-3-20-2013-1-V(32) dated the 30th May, 2016, namely:-

In the said notification, in para 4, for the figure "60", the figure "75" shall be substituted
